The Venue is nestled in the woods of Big Sandy, Texas on 17 acre with a private 9 acre lake. We have a large 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house with a spacious bridal/honeymoon suite that has a living room, full kitchen and private entrance. The venue has a beautiful dock to say your vows on and a sprawling area with astro turf for the guests to be seated on. Don't forget the new covered dance floor! There are also 4 Tiny houses that sit directly on the lake available for rent on Air BnB. Call for a tour of the venue today!
Bridal/Honeymoon Suite
Spacious Bridal Suite with private entrance. Features include a kitchen, living room, dressing room and everything you need for you and your bridal party to get ready and relax on your big day. Our weekend package includes two nights in the house so you and the groom can kick off your honeymoon.
Tiny Houses
We can comfortably accommodate your family coming in from out of town in our luxurious on-site tiny homes. Our property currently has four two bedroom tiny homes that sit directly on the pond. Giving your guest the ultimate relaxation experience. It also makes a great place for a bachelor to get away.
